I have always had a curiosity about all that is perceived to be in other realms far beyond. I have learnt from my experiences that the metaphysical is around us, and all will come to us when we are ready and open to receiving.

My spiritual journey started the day my husband and I lost our son Timothy in June 1989. However, I do remember talking to ‘make believe’ people when I was a young girl.  I desperately wanted to teach and would set up my blackboard in front of my dolls and teddies and the ‘others’, and pass on to them all that I had learnt at school that day!

My career journey has been varied. I have worked in the travel industry, as a secretary and personal assistant, in retail for many years and then a change of direction into practicing alternative and healing therapies including reiki, theta healing, angel intuitive, crystal healing and facilitator of Our Intuitive Self workshops.

Further study and courses led me to my love of journaling and creative writing.

I have learnt so much from my family, and from Timothy - from my grief of his passing, to a re-connection with him in spirit form and our conversations. He has guided me to take steps on my path I had not dared to before.

As we learn and grow in life we need to teach, and in doing so we learn so  much more. May we learn and grow together.
